PlaceMaker can be used in two ways: Pay-As-You-Go or Subscription. Either way will give you full access to all of the data PlaceMaker has to offer using SketchUp, Revit, or on the Web.
The new Web version of PlaceMaker allows ANYONE to import PlaceMaker data into their 3D application of choice.
Pay-As-You-Go
Start using PlaceMaker now for free! Data can be previewed for free at the location of your choice, but you will need to purchase credits (starting at $20 for 100 credits) to import the data for a chosen location.
Your license and credits do not expire and will automatically transfer if you purchase a subscription in the future!
Subscription
Subscribe now to import OpenStreetMap 3D data for free and enjoy big credit discounts on other data sources such as imagery, terrain, 3D Mesh, Point Cloud, and AI Features. Credits purchased using a Pay-As-You-Go license will automatically transfer to your new subscription.

SketchUp Pro 2022 or newer is required to import Google 3D data.

Subscription Volume Licensing
For volume licensing, be sure to input the quantity of licenses you require for your organization when filling out the order form. For orders of 5 licenses or more, we offer volume license discounts. Please contact us to request at discount coupon if you would like to order 5 or more licenses.
Educational and Non-Profit Licensing
We encourage students and educators to order a free Pay-As-You-Go license as it will likely be the least expensive option for them and is great for small projects.
